Project

Opportunity to be a part of a team that is building a site designed to organize and aggregate all legislation and information on legislation at the federal, state, and local levels. We are currently building a prototype to focus on Pittsburgh, Alleghany County, and the State of Pennsylvania.

Skills

I am looking for one or two HCI students with the following:

·         Understanding of the user center process.

·         Ability to create wire frames for sites.

·         Understanding of information architecture.

·         Programming experience with Java, C, Perl, and XML is preferred and not required.

 

Courses/Academics

The following courses are preferred and not required:

·         HCI Methods

·         Visual Interface Design

·         GPA above 3.0

·         Any programming experience

 

This project is for course credit only. You do not need to be a US citizen or permanent resident to apply.
