Bio

I am a designer, engineer, and hacker interested in efforts to improve the human condition.  After many years at revolutionary startups as a security and privacy engineer, I returned to school and received the first Master of Tangible Interaction Design at Carnegie Mellon.  I teach classes including introduction to programming, physical computing, and interaction design.  My personal projects include new interfaces for digital fabrication, furniture for fabrication spaces, and the study of cello and analog synthesizers.
