User Research
Introduction
A large portion of this project was dedicated to gathering information on the potential users of our system. The entire spring semester, as well as the beginning of the summer semester, was spent creating a detailed understanding of the users. Our team conducted interviews, literature review, surveys, contextual inquiries, and needs validation in order to develop a complete picture of millennials, their managers, and the human resources department of major organizations.
