For our field research, we spoke with twelve participants across five different categories. These included training participants, therapy providers, continuing education students, military therapists and e-learners in general.

We also conducted competitive analysis and literature reviews on a wide variety of subjects fully immerse ourselves in the problem and find solid research findings
