PERSONALIZED SKILL PROFILE

THE PROBLEM
Current LMS assessment lacks contextual insight into the users knowledge, skills, and characteristics which can be more perceptive.
Learning Management Systems (LMS) are primarily focused on facilitating and managing educational content, training programs, and learning experiences in a variety of contexts. Current platforms are used to train and evaluate employees based on their performance on an action or course. They use numerical measurements to assess an employee’s competence in a skill and use that knowledge to shape their experiences in their job.
OUR RESEARCH
We utilized different methodologies and secondary research to acquire expert-level knowledge into the domain of learning management systems and make the most of our time discussing possible directions with MARi. The perspectives and contextual insights that arise assisted us in making informed decisions and constructing user-centered solutions.
EXPLORE MOREDESIGN OPPORTUNITY
Going forward, we are looking towards building out a design system and components that MARi might use to serve as a standard and starting point for their services. Likewise, we plan on creating a set of recommendations for the system’s operation that best takes into account the primary stakeholders/users of the MARi’s system. These artifacts should be able to assist MARi in building an LMS that integrates AI systems that effectively solve for user needs.
