TeamMail targets three essential elements of collaboration.

During our four-month period of formative, in-context research, we determined that these three elements were the most significant problems affecting the knowledge workers we observed.

			1. Do people need help remembering what to do?
			2. Do groups need to see who's doing what?
			3. Is the right information (document) hard to find?
