User: Implementation Manager
Purpose: To track the workload of a team of 16 Implementation Engineers and to optimally assign incoming implementations to one of them.
Keeping track of a team of 16, each handling 30-40 implementations of varying complexities at any given time can be overwhelming. Implementation Managers currently accomplish this by maintaining personal spreadsheets and pulling reports. This often leads to delays in assigning new implementations. Keystone provides a glanceable display that visualizes each Implementation Engineer's current workload. An easy drag-and-drop interface allows the Implementation Manager to quickly assign implementations coming down the pipeline to a suitable Engineer on their team.
