Purpose: To get basic information from the client and recommend the commercial card product that best satisfies their company's needs.
Understanding terms in the financial sphere can be challenging for many commercial card clients. With Keystone, the client’s first touchpoint in the onboarding process is with a web form that collects basic information in order to understand their need for a card program. By using simple language, step-by-step instructions and immediate feedback, we help the client prepare for a subsequent sales call with the TMO. As a result, the client feels more confident and knowledgeable going into the process. The TMO also receives the information entered by the client leading to a more informed first sales call.
The progress bar at the bottom guides the client through the product decision tree. It starts by gathering basic information from the client, walks them through the benefits PNC can offer, and finally suggests the best suited card program.
Questions in the latter half of the product decision tree are grouped into 3 kinds of benefits that they relate to. The benefits overlay indicates the kind of benefit that the current question falls under.
As the client inputs answers, they are given immediate feedback on what they've entered. For example, depending on the expected spend they enter, they are shown an estimate of the resulting rebate they will receive.
At the end of the questionnaire, the Product Decision Tree suggests the commercial card product that best satisfies the cleint's needs as identified through the responses they entered.
If the client chooses, they can submit their responses to a salesperson (TMO), who would then reach out to them with more details. The client can also email themselves a summary of their answers or take a print.
