Project Manager, Product Designer
Hailing from Oakland, CA most recently, I graduated with a business degree in Enterprise Marketing from Santa Clara University. I started my career working as an in-house graphic designer for a startup, then transitioned into a product marketing role at a large tech hardware company.

Lisa Park
Design Lead
I was born and raised in the Washington, D.C. area. I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Virginia Commonwealth University. The majority of my work experience lies with web and mobile UI design.

Hannah Mernyk
Research Lead
Born and raised in the Bay Area, I have a BA in Psychology and a Minor in Spatial Studies from UC Santa Barbara. My most relevant experience coming into the MHCI program is my cognitive psychology foundation and quantitative and qualitative research experience.

Technical Lead
I originally am from Princeton, NJ and have been in Pittsburgh now for the last four years. The focus of my work has mainly been technical: including internship experience in financial and educational technology. I have professional experience in full-stack software engineering.

Matthew Miller
Interaction Designer
I studied International Relations at Tufts University before pivoting to a career in technology. I began this transition by supporting QA efforts for mobile games at Electronic Arts, then worked in client strategy at an app development agency. I later became a product manager, first at a transportation company similar to Uber. Some relevant projects include a collaboration with Hyundai during the development of their telematics and infotainment systems, and two driver-facing mobile apps still in use today.
