Meet the Team

Tam Nguyen

Tam is a Product Designer with a background in software development.

Prior to joining the MHCI program at Carnegie Mellon University, he completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science at the University of Kentucky.

Kraig Fujii

Kraig Fujii is a Product Designer with a background in interactive media.

Prior to joining the MHCI program, he worked as a game designer and interactive media designer in Los Angeles. Holds a degree in Media Arts + Practice from the University of Southern California.

Janice Lyu

Janice is an aspiring UX Designer and Researcher.

Prior to returning to CMU to join the MHCI, Janice has several years of experience with community-based program and project management using evidence-based data to create novel experiences to improve preventative health.

Kyra Low

Kyra is a UX designer. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics & Machine Learning with an additional major in HCI at Carnegie Mellon University (CMU), before continuing her studies at CMU in the MHCI program.

She is passionate about using both qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions, and ultimately improving and enhancing people’s experiences. Her interests include yoga, acrylic painting and traveling.

Cydney Vincentia

Cydney is a UI/UX Designer with a double Bachelors degree from UCLA in Statistics and Communications.

She utilizes storytelling and multimedia to create an experience for the Clemente Museum that resonates with the general public. In her spare time, you’ll find her exploring new exciting places and taking pictures of her memorable adventures!
