How can job candidates disclose a disability and request accommodation without it affecting their candidacy for a position? The team's research uncovered that reducing uncertainty in this aspect of the hiring process would benefit both the candidates and recruiters. By giving both sides the ability to understand, evaluate and act, Bloomberg can use the B READY system to make hiring and onboarding as inclusive as possible for people with disabilities.
