Group process: As a team, one of the first things we discussed and produced was a group process document. We detailed our decision making processes, work distribution, meeting schedule, and client relationship processes.- Group process document (Word - 21 K)
Statement of Work: After reviewing the client's project description, we drafted a Statement of Work that outlined at a high level the project scope, duration, deliverables, reporting schedule, and required resources. The Statement of Work helped us create a shared understanding of the project with our client.

Collaborative environment: We used Groove to post documents for the client's review. We also set up a Groove space for the internal team where we could review and critique work before sharing it with the client.
