About the Program
Our Trainees are a vibrant community of talented artists who offer a diverse range of multicultural experiences. They bring their passion for animation and problem-solving along with their desire to learn in a fast-paced production environment. They contribute to DreamWorks Television or Feature productions by utilizing cutting-edge studio technology, gaining real-world experience alongside award-winning artists/leaders, and implementing the training they receive throughout robust curriculum. We provide them a program complete with professional development, portfolio projects, mentorship, leadership, exposure, networking, and more!
DreamWorks Trainee Program offers two tracks: Feature Animation and Animation. Those selected for the Program will be hired under the Animation Guild and require the participant's exclusive, full-time commitment for a minimum of 12 weeks.
