A paper by Steven Dow, assistant professor of HCII, and former HCII postdoc Paul André, “Community Clustering: Leveraging an Academic Crowd to Form Coherent Conference Sessions,” received a Notable Paper Award for HCOMP 2013, the Conference on Human Computation & Crowdsourcing, Nov. 6–9, in Palm Springs, Calif.
