Description

Businesses today face the digital transformation dilemma--with so many new technologies and business models, they’re not sure of what to do because now there’s more they can do! Concurrently, life is becoming increasingly complex, causing a decrease in knowledge about the patterns of everyday life. People experience a brand’s products, services, media and image as a whole. They want satisfying experiences that resonate with their values. Experience designers play a pivotal role in digital business transformation thereby requiring new strategies, tools and teams be brought to the planning process. Join Terry as she tells a story about “experience design” as both a process and an emerging community of practice. Two teaching case studies illustrate the concepts concluding with a model and insights about digital service organizations in the future.
