Apply in June to Participate

Description
Our research group has been working on new programming models and we need your help! We are studying user experience when developing collaborative apps using various collaboration libraries. We would like your help in learning more about how you would use such libraries and potential barriers you have with the process.  The study consists of 3 parts.  First, we will ask you some questions about your background. Then, you will complete a programming assignment where you make a collaborative app. Finally, we will ask you some follow-up questions about your experience doing the assignment.  The entire study is expected to take 60-90 minutes and we expect to do it in person. Why you should participate:

  • You will learn about building collaborative web applications.
  • You will earn a $30 Amazon gift card.
  • You will be helping with computer science research!
Who can participate:
  • Individuals who have experience with JavaScript and/or front-end development.
  • Individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
If you choose to participate, your participation in this research would be voluntary. You will be able to discontinue participation at any time during the research activity.  If you fit these requirements and are interested in helping, Sign Up for the study.
