Ben Tsai

I’m Ben Tsai. I’m a software engineer with twenty years of experience across a variety of industries, from startups to Fortune 100 companies. I am currently a technical leader in Cisco's security business. For the past few years, I've been on a quest to bring human-centered design into the (often) cold, unfeeling world of engineering. I'm passionate about bringing together my counterparts in design and research to collaborate and build useful and delightful things.

Since 2022, I have served as a faculty advisor for the MHCI capstone program.
