Jason Spector

Jason Spector is the Senior Director of Product Experience at Cardinal Health, leading a multi-tiered organization of product experience designers, user researchers, service designers, and design operations. He partners with pharmaceutical, medical, and logistic businesses across the company as well as enterprise and employee-focused functions. Jason has also been an Adjunct Instructor for the Human-Computer Interaction Institute (HCII) Masters program and the Integrated Innovation Institute (iii) at Carnegie Mellon University.

Jason began his career in the late 1990s designing logos and newspaper automobile advertising, followed by a long winding road across industries with the goal of keeping the human at the center of technology, products, and services. He has made an impact in finance, entertainment, academia, cybersecurity, insurance, and healthcare. A self-proclaimed Marvel geek, Jason grew up fascinated with cartoons, Legos, and anything creative. He still watches (almost) everything animated and builds Legos when time allows and a mental vacation is needed.
