We are working closely with The Mentoring Partnership (TMP), a nonprofit organization that serves local mentoring programs in Southwest Pennsylvania. We seek to innovate how TMP delivers essential capacity-building services that help mentoring programs implement research-based practices for mentoring. 

Our goal is to empower mentoring programs to feel confident in accessing and using TMP resources, ensuring they derive more value from these resources. Follow along with Team Mentoring Partnership on Medium.
