We are working closely with The Mentoring Partnership (TMP), a nonprofit organization that serves local mentoring programs in Southwest Pennsylvania. We seek to innovate how TMP delivers essential capacity-building services that help mentoring programs implement research-based practices for mentoring.   Our goal is to empower mentoring programs to feel confident in accessing and using TMP resources, ensuring they derive more value from these resources.
