Play for People Skills, Preparing Students for the Innovation Driven Economy

We created a fun and engaging game for high school students called Terrible Workers, which was proven to drive a shift in attitude towards understanding the value of practicing people skills to be successful. To lay the groundwork for broader change, we created a guide for educators and future designers consisting of 10 design heuristics that synthesize our research findings and empower others to develop similar games/activities for teaching interpersonal skills.
