Research Interests
My research plan is centered on Educational Technology and Applied Learning Sciences, with a particular focus on Technology-Enhanced Apprenticeship. This apprenticeship approach harnesses educational technologies to facilitate the acquisition, integration, and application of practical skills, enabling learners to create tangible products that solve real-world problems, thereby preparing them to pursue career paths in technology. By developing scalable, evidence-based tools and training pathways, my research aims to revolutionize our approach to workforce training, particularly in the fields of computer science and information technology.
