Smartphone apps collect and send a great deal of data about us to third-party websites, but what are they collecting and where are they sending it?
The CHIMPS Lab research group analyzed the data collected by 14,000+ Android apps during their Android Network Traces (ANT) project to see what is being collected and shared.
What did they find? Take a look at their project website to view the results by app name, company, or cloud service.
