Research Areas
My research focuses on the human infrastructure behind responsible AI efforts. I apply mixed-methods approaches to examine the challenges individuals and organizations face in eliciting human expertise to ensure AI safety and adherence to broader responsible AI aims. Through these methods, I aim to build processes and tools to support the human infrastructure within AI development, enabling safer AI systems through practices such as AI red teaming.
